Fees for auto accident or motor vehicle–related cases are handled separately and may differ. Motor vehicle accident cases in Florida are billed in accordance with Florida Statute §627.736, which allows providers to charge 200% of the Medicare Part B allowable amount for covered services. Because these reimbursements are set by state law and insurance regulations, they differ from our cash or membership rates
